We're proud to be 'Proud Certified'.


We're delighted to have worked in partnership with Booking.com to achieve certification in recognition of our welcoming and inclusive practices. At the heart of the Travel Proud programme are the following three priorities:

1. Helping LGBTQ+ people travel with confidence Travel Proud property partners are committed to providing extra welcoming hospitality for everyone, so when you see the badge you can be sure you’re booking somewhere you can comfortably show up as yourself.

2. Helping properties be extra welcoming We participated in Proud Hospitality training delivered with inclusivity experts HospitableMe, ensuring we extend exceptional hospitality to everyone. Proud Certified properties have a dedicated representative who makes sure their whole team is committed to providing an inclusive stay for LGBTQ+ travellers.

3. Using the right language in every interaction We're making sure we use language that’s inclusive. In most cases, you no longer need to choose a gendered title when you make an accommodation booking.


Having just celebrated our 4th birthday and welcomed 1,067 people from 27 countries through our doors since November 2017, we look forward to many many more guests of all backgrounds and genders enjoying an inclusive and memorable stay.
