'Covid Secure' for a safe, secure & supported stay (updated 12 May 2020)

Ahead of our planned re-opening to guests  from 3 July 2020, we thought we'd share the steps we're taking to be 'Covid Secure', to ensure your stay at The Apartment, Bath is as safe, secure and supported as possible.

We're taking extra steps, based on the latest national and international guidance, to provide you with a luxury stay with the certified cleanliness to match. You may already have noticed that our reviews (pre-Covid) frequently remark on our high standards of cleanliness. We're continuing to work with the same professional cleaner we've had since 2018 with whom we've agreed a cleaning and disinfecting protocols of the highest quality.

Personal Support and curated stay

We pride ourselves in personally supporting our guests before, during and after stays, from recommended places to eat, drink and visit to insights to local experiences. We're up to speed on what's open in Bath (and what's not), the best river, canal and countryside walks and the best restaurants offering great takeaway food.

A check-in experience to suit you 

We hope to continue welcoming guests on arrival in person, at a socially-distanced range with appropriate PPE. Equally, our digital key safe provides a convenient, contactless check-in experience if you prefer.

Contactless stay

Our motion activated lighting in both bathrooms reduces unnecessary contact of light switches. Additionally, our new digital Welcome Guide, provides a personal and interactive way to navigate The Apartment.
